To strengthen this team, we are seeking someone who knows our online service portal inside out and doesn't let any ticket escape their attention.

A day in the life

  • The dedicated and dynamic Service & Support Team comprises a lead, several engineers, and an agent.
  • Facing a hiccup at one of our clients' sites? It's your time to shine. You are our 'after-sales service.'
  • You'll respond to inquiries, tackle issues, and handle to-dos and tickets from the office, from home, and occasionally on-site at the customer's location. It's wonderfully flexible and efficient. Our internal team tools make it easy for you to collaborate effectively remotely, share information, or look up details. We serve our clients through our online service portal.
  • Together, you will manage and optimise our in-house AV and IT systems. There's room for your own ideas and initiative.
  • You'll maintain strong connections with all major AV manufacturers.
  • You'll oversee the work of AV/IT engineers, contribute to the knowledge base, and provide product guidance to customers.
  • No one knows everything about everything. Whitemilk places great importance on personal development, training, and knowledge sharing. Continuous learning is, therefore, a standard part of your daily agenda.

  • Experience in service & support is not required, but a basic understanding and, in any case, a keen interest in AV and IT are essential.
