The meeting rooms are equipped with interactive user-friendly tools that meet the diverse applications. Via the interactive Creston touch screen, you can start the presentation on the 65 "LCD panels. Source switching is easy via a simple touch on the custom-programmed touch screen.

In the main boardroom, the 65 "LCD panels are equipped with a Smart Overlay, the LCD turns into a large interactive touch screen, users can move their finger as a mouse to control applications, write comments, open websites and/or multimedia content.
After the meeting, the records are digitally saved and the notes become immediately available in a digital format (PowerPoint, PDF, HTML, JPG ...)

This way the notes become immediately available in digital format.

The Lifesize Full HD videoconference connects the office with its customers and external employees anywhere in the world. (via a standard Internet connection TCP/IP). The employees of Waterleau can dial in with their laptop with a webcam and microphone.

The active components are centralized in a 19" rack. In case of inactivity of the boardroom, the former gets switched of the network to prevent electronic consumption.

The tables are equipped with Extron Cable Cubby with retractors, a unique cable management system. (Cables are automatically retracted into the cable cubby when not in use)
