START PEOPLE

Start People (www.startpeople.be) is part of the listed group USG People and provides all forms of flexible work and various services in the field of human resources. Start People, the number 2 on the Belgian temporary work market, has approximately 500 employees in over 100 offices across Belgium. Every day, the company employs over 10,000 temporary workers.

On March 29 Start People launched a new office on Quellinstraat in Antwerp, a street of De keyserlei. Since the opening more than 3,000 people visited the new office.

Veerle Coffé, Director of Business Process Management Start People, said: "The story of the new office concept Start People is an answer to the need for a more efficient functioning of our offices for both the candidates who pay us a visit as for our own staff and naturally for our customers. In addition to optimizing internal operations and processes, we also started looking for an innovative experience for our visitors, and we created an 'emotional' brand innovation. "

The major change in the new office is the creation of a new zone, specially designed for candidates and clients, strictly separated from the existing office area.

Nine professional CONRAC LCD displays with built-in dZine player are implemented in the new office. All displays are designed for 24/7/365 operation.

Innovative areas such as the 'Fast Lane', 'Job Corner' and 'Job lobby’, equipped with 32 " and 42" displays. At the window there is a 42 "display with transflective display, despite the abundance of light the screen is clearly readable.

Each display can show different content on a chosen date.

Content creation, distribution and visualization are fully integrated into the dZine package. This 'content' is managed centrally and transmitted to the individual displays. There is also a link to a ticketing system.

A CMS web interface is added to the software. Via a web browser you can quickly make content related adjustments with drag and drop.

This web interface allows Start People to add local and global content to each display. Headquarters for example sends a general message to all screens while local offices only add local news and reports.
