Installation in 4 training rooms by Whitemilk.
Each room is equipped with a widescreen NEC projector, a Crestron graphic touch panel, and a Projecta electronic projection screen and Audac ceiling speakers. The user can connect his laptop in each room and automatically start the projection via the touch panel.
Speech reinforcement is provided by wireless Sennheiser microphones, making the speaker perfectly audible, even in the back of the room.
The four rooms are inter-connectable through moveable partitions.
We have put sensors allowing to set the configuration of the moveable walls so a user does not have to carry out manual changes, whether he wishes to use one part or two simultaneously; video and audio between the two rooms will be automatically tuned.
All equipment is centralized in a 19" rack.
The heart of the system is a Crestron AV2 processor. Each touch panel gives instructions via a TCP/IP to the processor. Depending on the configuration (one room or a composed room), the signals are transmitted to the relevant equipment (screen up/down - projector on/off or audio on/off)
Switching the image at the time of the presentation is controlled via a HD-Crestron CEN-RGBHV matrix switcher.
A Biamp Audio DSP processor coordinates the audio signals and mixes/transmits them to one or more channels of the Audac Quad amplifier.
The classrooms are not situated in the office. These rooms must be controllable from the head office; actions such as starting the equipment, shutting down, booking of the classrooms ....
With a room-management software you have complete control over the operation of the room, as if you would be present in the room.
It is perfectly possible to start or shut down the installation at a predetermined time.
