The Evoko Room Manager is a stylish and very user-friendly solution to book and manage your conference rooms. With the 8" touch-sensitive screen outside of each meeting room; users get a single overview presenting everything they need to know about the meeting.
 
Useful information is displayed such as the duration, the starting time and finishing time of the meetings, the participants and the remaining time of a meeting. It is also possible for users to book a room, cancel a meeting or extend the reserved meeting time if necessary. The Evoko Room Manager can be fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook and as a result everyone is able to have insight on the planning.
 
The system works both ways, making it possible for example to book a room via the Internet or directly in Outlook. The same data is immediately displayed everywhere.
