The room-management system provides information about every single room: lamp life, the number of occupied rooms and alerts in case a device has been removed from the room ... If a failure occurs, the person responsible will be automatically notified via e-mail. As a result, the number of physical interventions of the technical service decreases substantially.
 
We install a central monitoring system. This gives you a real time overview of your audiovisual equipment. Via a Web interface, you are able to control from a distance effortlessly. Likewise, the reservation of meeting rooms is a lot easier. Bookings, cancellations, changes ... now you have a central control of everything with a few clicks.
